'Springs' enjoys stunning panoramic uninterrupted sea views of the Atlantic and Camel Estuary. The passage of boats and ever changing sea views (including sunsets) can be enjoyed from both the house and the large garden.

'Springs' faces due west and is situated on the Greenaway, only 5 minutes walk from Greenaway Beach. The beaches of Polzeath and Daymer Bay are only 10 minutes walk away.

'Springs' sleeps 9 people in 2 twin bedrooms, 1 double bedroom and 3 single bedrooms. All bedrooms have a basin in them, except one which has a power shower. There is a separate bathroom and two separate lavatories.

'Springs' is an excellent base for cliff-top walking (such as Pentire and The Rumps), surfing, golf, sailing and the water sports of the Camel Estuary.    Prideaux Place in Padstow and Pencarrow House near Wadebridge and the National Trust's Lanhydrock House near Bodmin are not far away.

'Springs' is situated one mile from Polzeath and 3 miles from Rock. The detached house is on the Greenaway in Trebetherick, North Cornwall.
